　　常熟市农药厂有限公司(常熟航美农化有限公司)成立于1984年，位于江苏省常熟市莫城镇，拥有固定资产3018万元，占地面积36794平方米，其中建筑面积为15821.8平方米。主要生产经营以植物激素为主的农用化工产品，注册商标为“蛙牌”。
　　Established in 1984, Changshu Pesticides Factory Co., Ltd (also trading as Changshu Hangmei Agricultural Chemicals Co., Ltd) is located in Mocheng Town, Shangshu City, Jiangsu Province (South to the Qingzhou Station of Suzhou-Changshu Highway), possesses the fixed assets of RMB 30.18 million yuan, and covers an area of 36,974 square meters, including the building area of 15,821.8 square meters. We are mainly engaged in the manufacturing and dealing of agricultural chemicals mainly covering all kinds of phytohormone, and the registered trademark is “Frog Brand”.

　　本公司已通过ISO9001质量管理体系和ISO14001环境管理体系认证。公司现乙烯利折百原药年生产能力超过2000吨；草甘膦折百原药年生产能力超过1000吨。产品远销欧美及东南亚10多个国家和地区。去年产值达7737.92万元，其中外贸出口额达4727.38万元，年利税可达2130.27万元左右，产品85%出口外销。(“折百”的含义是不是折合成100％纯度的意思？)
　　Our company has passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environment Management System certifications. The company currently possesses the annual production capacity of ethephon technical grade (converted into 100% purity) exceeds 2,000 tons and that of the glyphosate technical grade (converted into 100% purity) exceeds 1,000 tons. The products have been distributed to more than 10 countries and regions in Europe, Americas and Southeast Asia. Last year, the company turned over an output value of RMB 77.3792 million yuan, including the exports value of RMB 47.2738 million yuan. The annual profit payments and tax turnover can reach approximately RMB 21.3027 yuan while 85% of the products are exported.

The company successfully passed the acceptance inspection for “Zero Discharge of Glyphosate Wastewater” carried out in March 1997 by Suzhou Municipal People’s Congress and Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Environment Protection.
